Fizz is a mixed drink variation on the older sour family of cocktails. Its defining features are acidic juice(such as lemon or lime) and carbonated water.
Ingredients
- 50ml gin
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 20ml egg whites
How to make:
Step 1: Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds.
Step 2: Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
Step 3: Double-strain into a tall glass and top up with sparkling water or club soda.
Step 4: Garnish with a lemon slice.
