Jays Wines Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Jays Wines as your preferred online liquor store. We hope the product(s) you chose made you smile. Please note that goods once sold cannot be returned. We encourage our customers to inspect the nature of the goods during pick up or delivery before accepting the goods. In case of any fault on the goods, Jays Wines will change the faulty items at no cost to the customer.

Return Policy

Goods once sold cannot be returned. Thoroughly inspect the nature of your item(s) during delivery or pick up. If you identify any issue(s),  the item(s) will be exchanged at no cost.

Refund Policy

Please note that we don’t give refunds once items have been sold. If an issue with the product is identified during purchase and a replacement can’t be made, a credit note will be issued to the customer.


When making wholesale or bulk purchases, please also confirm the quantities before signing the delivery note. Any undeclared item reported after delivery will be at the expense of the customer.
