Bardinet Blue Curacao is a sweet blue liqueur, distilled and flavoured from the dried peel of bitter oranges. It can also contain distillates of lemons and curacao fruit, sugar, and wine.
Tasting Notes: Made in the same way as Triple Sec, using orange peels and soaking them in distilled water and then steeped in a spirit before being distilled.
Flavour: Light orange peel aroma, mild and sweet orange taste.
