Description
Barolo Doc Morando is produced from the Nebbiolo grape. It’s one of the first varieties to bud and the last to ripen, with harvest taking place in mid-to-late October. The wines have a minimum ageing requirement of 3 years.
Barolo Doc Morando has masses of baked plum, dried fig and spice. Tannins are huge but tempered by that trademark Nebbiolo acidity, resulting in a balanced wine with persistent fruit that lingers long beyond the finish.
