Description
Bisquit VSOP has an aroma of ripe fruits, dried apricots, honey, delicate notes of spices and bright notes of rose. The cognac has a round flavour with sweet notes of dried fruits, citrus and mango. Its aftertaste is pure and rich.
The spirits of the Bisquit cognac house have to undergo continuous distillation, whereby they acquire deep and abundant flavour. Bisquit VSOP ages in the barrels of Limousin oak, where the distillates acquire intense colour, complexity and useful tannins.
Eyes: Warm amber colour.
Nose: A core of ripe fruits disclosing aromas of apricot and honey. followed by a spicy sense of cinnamon and clove ended by a floral smell of rose
Palate: Smoothness and mellowness, made unique by a teasing interplay of aromas. Notes of honeysuckle, citrus and mango.
