Description
Durbanville Sauvignon Blanc is a South African dry white wine. The sauvignon blanc varietal has a very strong producing wine with an abundance of tropical fruit characteristics. Some warmer spells ensured fuller blending components with lower acidity to produce a most enjoyable wine.
Nose notes: Grapefruit, guava, and passion fruit
Tasting notes: Tropical fruit, citrus
Food Pairing: Enjoy on its own, slightly chilled, or served with grilled fish, tomato-based soup, and green salad.
