Gran Castillo Viura Moscatel is made from grapes that are carefully selected, destemmed, gently pressed and cold maceration. Then go through the process of carbonic maceration.
The aroma of bright yellow with green tinges is intense and complex, with a wide range of tropical fruits and gooseberry characters. The taste is rich and aromatic, with a clean fresh finish and impeccable balance.
Serving suggestions
Gran Castillo Viura Moscatel is a very aromatic medium-sweet white wine with a lot of character. Ideal to accompany salads, fish stews, pasta, seafood, white meats, spicy dishes and cheese.
It is also an excellent aperitif. Ideal serving temperature: 6-8ºC.
