Lindemans Bin 35 Rose is made using the saignée method, which entails bleeding off a portion of the grapes’ liquid soon after they have been crushed. Because of the shorter maceration period made possible by this, the wine’s colour and taste profile is lighter and fruitier. To maintain its fresh, crisp qualities, the wine is then fermented in stainless steel containers.
Palate: Has a vibrant pink colour, light-bodied and fruity flavours.
Servings: Best served chilled over salads and lighter pasta dishes.
