Description
Nederburg Manor House Sauvignon Blanc is made from Sauvignon blanc grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand at 22o to 23º Balling during February and March. After crushing, the juice is lightly pressed and clarified. Fermentation takes place for a period of 10 days. The wine is left on the lees for a short period to ensure a full mid-palate.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Brilliant with green tinges.
Nose: An abundance of citrus, lime and lemon aromas with nuances of asparagus.
