WHISKY COCKTAIL: Manhattan

The Manhattan’s mix of American whiskey and Italian vermouth, enlivened with a few dashes of aromatic bitters, is timeless and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Bourbon
  • 10ml sweet vermouth
  • 10 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Orange peel

How To Make

Step 1: Add the bourbon, the sweet and dry vermouth, and the Angostura Bitters to a mixing glass with ice, and stir(do not shake) until well-chilled.

Step 2: Strain into a chilled coupe(coupe glass is stemmed, and typically defined by its broad, shallow saucer).

Step 3: Garnish with the orange peel.
