The wine spritzer is a simple wine-based cocktail. Formed from just two main ingredients, wine and club soda.
Wine Spritzer Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup club soda
- 1 lemon rind garnish
How To Make:

Add wine to a tall wine glass and top with club soda. Twist lemon rind over the glass.
Note: If it is white wine, both the wine and club soda should be as cold as you can make it (place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes before serving) or add ice cube
2. Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves (optional) if you are using red wine
