Gin Mare- Made using traditional techniques from the Mediterranean thus expresses all the characteristics of each botanical in the final product. Arbequina olives, which come from the Spanish region of Tarragona, are one of the main components of Gin Mare.
Before being distilled in a small copper pot still, these olives are macerated for up to 36 hours with the other ingredients in a neutral grain spirit.
It has a characteristic scent of rosemary, basil and thyme.
Tasting Note
Nose: Herbal nose with berry fruits. Hints of soapiness and perfume.
Palate: Very herbal and aromatic palate. Perfume-like delivery. Coriander and tart juniper, citrus zest.
Finish: Zesty, spiced finish.
