Pernod Paris is a classic anise liqueur from Pernod.
It is made from fennel and star anise distillates, which is blended with 14 further herbal distillations, including veronica, chamomile, coriander and mint.
The result is a funky, herbaceous and earthy aniseed liqueur, complex and slightly medicinal.
Eyes: Clear, pale golden straw with a slight green tinge. Turns cloudy with water.
It works particularly well served with lots of water and ice, to make a cloudy, herbal long drink.
